I'm encountering an issue with controlling the brightness on my Raspberry Pi 4B running Bookworm with the LXDE desktop environment. Despite trying various methods, I haven't been able to adjust the brightness successfully.
Methods Tried:
Using xrandr: Attempted to adjust brightness with the xrandr command, but it didn't have any effect.
Using xbacklight: Tried using the xbacklight command, but received an error message indicating that no outputs have a backlight property.
Direct Control: Attempted to directly modify the brightness through /sys/class/backlight, but the directory rpi_backlight was nonexistent
If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has suggestions on alternative methods to control brightness on Bookworm LXDE, I would greatly appreciate your input.
Thank You!
