Unfortunately I do not have a solution but I too, am facing with a RPi5 Fatal firmware error. From my end, this occurred since I've change the bootloader directly from the imager.

In your case, it is showing some life signs (displays info on screen) and it may be solved using an SD card boot after disconnection of perfipherals.

In my case, the error message I got was retrieved using a serial debugger because I have no display on screen.

Waiting for response from technical staff.
