I think the compiler is the same since the Pi 5 has been on Bookworm from the beginning. The main improvement must be hardware optimisations related to changes in the kernel.No idea, likely all the RAM optimised profiles, temp SDRAM timings in the bootup settings, kernel improvements along the way from 6.1 to 6.6. 6.12 show improvements from 6.6. and both use a type of NUMA in the benchmarks.
I suppose I could test, but seems a faff to disable it.
