I already did some troubleshooting and found out that I need to remove the User field entirely. Having it set to my local user (pi) doesnt work (permission denied when writing to .config.) My main question on this thread was supposed to be why .config is owned by the root user by default on raspberry pi os lite? Its what causes these issues in the first place for me
