General • Re: No DCF77 reception without wifi?

I've found some GPS receivers for <10€, although I thought it would be a overkill - it seems like a valid option.

Nevertheless DCF77 would be my favourite because of its simplicity.
As expected the step-up boost converter makes it impossible to receive anything with it.

Maybe an old fashioned choke inductor and a low inductance decoupling capacitor (LC filter) would do the trick.

I may also consider trying to construct a sufficient filter for the DCF77 receiver, but might having a hard time without oszilloscope.

Feel free to share some pictures of your nixie tube clock when it will be ready.
