Use Raspberry Pi Imager to write Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit "Bookworm" to a spare microSD card (32GB is fine) as your first card may be bad.
I use SanDisk Ultra 32GB or Samsung EVO 32GB.
Boot from that and let us know if it works.
